We love eating here. This trip on July26 was no different. The crab legs, pasta bar , shrimp, fresh corn on the cob, and salad bar are our favorites.
This time we did have alot of children in the area we were seated that were not happy but thats life.

This place seems to be very busy, We went for a late dinner and being a couple got right in. every thing is crowded together, I guess to accommodate as many people as possible. the food is ok, the staff seems to be friendly and attentive.Very expensive for what you get.

Family of 4 has enjoyed Jonah's feast twice. We've been to OC the last 6 years and dined at many seafood restaurants. Some of these were buffets and some real good (like Ember's), but none impressed as much as Jonah. Last year we dined at Jonah and my wife loved it so much she insisted that we return again this year. Jonah is not as big as other buffet restaurants which results in no lines to get your delicious food...clam chowder, crab imperial, corn on the cob, salad, dessert or whatever. The king crabs are the highlight and they are plentiful. If you love to eat king crab, then Jonah and the king crabs will grab you and keep you eating for a while. Use the coupons to reduce your cost. Then you should take a long walk on the boardwalk to work off the feast!

My wife and i are here as we speak and it is terrible. Both my wife and i found a couple hairs in our food. Not a clean place. The workers who barely speak good english are rude and ignorant. I would rather go eat out of a nasty dumpster then to come back here again. The total for the check for just the two of us was 82.00 !!!!!!!!! What a rip off. The board of health needs to investigate this dump!!!!! Do not eat there!!!!!

We always go to Johah & the whale but this year was not as good. Didn't like the side selections as well and crablegs were cold and over cooked...Servers were same...friendly!
