Shark on the harbor is an upscale seafood restaurant just minutes from the ocean city boardwalk set on the water. The food is delicious, the setting beautiful and the atmosphere welcoming. Most interesting is the menu changes daily! You are guaranteed the freshest of seafood. We dined three of us on a weekday evening. The appetizers are enough to wet your palate including the locally caught scallops, named for the ship captain that caught them as we'll as a courtesy app, chef selection that each tables receives. For entrees I enjoyed a perfectly cooked swordfish served with couscous and eggplant in their own sauce. My friends enjoyed crabmeat stuffed eggplant and an apple blue cheese grilled onion topped filet. Everything was amazing and our server catered to our every question with a smile. We will definitely return to the shark and I urge everyone else to as well!
