So excited about our new find here!! We had a great week, and booked for next year while there. The online check in was easy, look for your painted lane on road at checkin, i missed it. Cable was not very strong, hook up is in rear of site. Internet was good. We loved the full hook up, water park is clean and FREE, the facilities are well maintained and one of the best camp stores I've seen! Food at pool is lil pricey for concession stand food, not that good either. Loved the off road bike trails. YES alot of kids on bikes(no helmets) and golf carts. We had no problem with guests being rowdy tho. Bathhouses are immaculate I almost didn't wear shower shoes! This is def for families, not for the real outdoor enthusiast, sites are small and neighbors are close by. But it's worth the trip...if you camp at Yogis, this is 10x better!!!

We were camping on the island when a thunder storm rolled in. We retreated to Frontier town to rent a place to sleep. They got us for $140 for a "bare bones" cabin. They told us they had blankets/sheets for the beds. THEY DID NOT!!!! I had to make sheets out of the paper towel they provided like I was a rat. The bathrooms were pretty nasty and the people were pretty rude. I do not suggest staying here. Even during a thunder storm. Go get a hotel room or something.,

I have been going to Frontier Town since 1964. I am enjoying taking my own children there now, and the oldest can't wait to be old enough to work there! We have camped there, even though we live 10 minutes away, and enjoyed every amenity the Park has to offer. The Parkers are great hosts, and it is a clean, safe, family-friendly place to spend time. Now that we no longer own a camper, I can't wait to try out one of their new cabins! This place has it all from relaxation, to good food, to exitement in the Theme Park. You can't miss this, and no matter how many times you've seen the shootout at the O.K. Corral, or relaxed in the lazy river, or done the Easter Egg hunt, it never gets old.

We (wife, daughter, myself) stayed here in a travel trailer over the Memorial Day holiday. The campus is very impressive...mini golf, nice water park, many many campsites and all of it well maintained. Pre-registration made check in a snap. The office was open until midnight.....impressive

There are two dog parks..one for large dogs and one for small. If you have a very small dog, however, you cannot unleash it. There are ample places for a very small dog to escape....by the swinging gate in the back and under the bottom of the fence along the main road. Such an obvious oversight. Average small dogs would be fine..just the small breeds can't be let loose.

Pool and playground are very nice! Nice pavilion. Overall...very well maintained. Many sites with trees. Bathrooms are very nice.....lots of showers and stalls. Solid surface counter tops and stall materials. This place did the bathrooms right.

We loved our stay there and would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't just so congested. I'm sure they make a lot of money from them but they have far too many golf carts rented. They are everywhere. You can't walk day or night w/out being overly cautious of all of the vehicles on the roads. The 5 pt (may have been 6 pt) intersection was a madhouse. Forget about a leisurely walk with or without your dog. Between the golf carts and kids on bikes going anywhere they want....we basically felt like we were in the heart of a congested city. Kids were everywhere and no parental supervision at all. Not a relaxing stay at all.

On Sat and Sun the teenagers were 'cruising' the campgrounds on the golf carts.....music blaring....going round and round.....you see the same teens riding around and around trying to be cool on their golf cart. The kids tended to drive the carts around the speed bumps onto the grassy areas so you really had to be careful about where you parked and walked.

I can't exaggerate how many carts they rent....come Tuesday....there was a sea of golf carts in the rental area. This is very much over done. This is the single complaint.....but made the stay much less enjoyable and canceled out much of what's good about this campground. It's really a shame...it really is a super nice facility....perhaps in the off season it would be more of a relaxing place to be.
