We just had our seventh trip to Frontier Town. We drive over 7 hours to get there and it is sooo worth it! We all love the camp fires and wagon ride with Cowboy Frank. The water park, Wild West, and mini golf are great. The kids enjoy crabbin' at the pier. There is so much to do there and you get so much for your money. The only bad thing is once you have camped at Frontier Town every other place is a dissapointment in comparassion. Be sure and check out Assateague Island and the beautiful wild ponies. The campground also provides a bus service to the beach and OC.

We took my friends 4 year old daughter for the day on a visit to OC. We each did the water park combo, and you cannot beat $24 for both parks and mini golf. Frontier Land is not easy to do on a very hot day, so we chose to do the park on an over cast day. The actors were very into their roles and were very friendly. All the other employees in the park were friendly as well. This is a very affordable activity for families. The water park is small, and children under 10 will be bored, but the little one we were with loved it. My only issue with the water park is that I do not think bigger children should be allowed with the smaller children. My friends daughter almost got trampled on numerous times by larger children oblivious (and whose parents were MIA) to the fact there was smaller children around them.

We stay every year and enjoy the fact that the place is really quiet at night with all the camp sites. We use a tent but are looking at the cabins for the future stays. People said they love them. As far as toy guns go from the other review. It is Frontiertown and has a theme of cowboys. I didn't see that many kids with guns considering it is a large camp. The other person that said they didn't want their kids to see them. Give me a break, they see more on TV shows or in society around them. It is how you teach your kids not to be jerks with or without a gun. Love this place and will continue to go back.. Great wave pool it is fun to people watch there and just enjoy yourself. I am not a vetern camper but will do this 1 time a year especially since my boy loved it. The golf carts are fun to have to get to places.

This is our fifth year staying at frontier town in a travel travel. Overall this is a good place to camp. The waterpark is good for younger kids. We usually stay for about 2 hours. There is not enough to make a full day out of it. One issue I have is the lack of stone at campsites. When it rains, it is a mess. A little more stone at each site would help. Overall a good visit.
