I have just returned from my fourth annual weekend at the Grand. I coordinate scrapbook retreats, booking 20-25 guest rooms at a time. We love the location of the Grand, the beautiful room views, and the fabulous ballroom. The sales department and maintenance staff have been very helpful and proactive. We can't wait to get back there!

Love staying at the Grand...great location, clean rooms and, especially for the winter getaways..the spa. The service has always been good, the room comfortable and have never had a bad experience here. The heater in the room was a little noisy, but other than that, it was a good experience.

Room Tip: The ocean front rooms have a great view!

we have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and we are staying here in may again .we have no problems at this hotel and the price is great. the staff is really nice and my rooms have always been clean the only problems we had was the sliding door but that wasn't a big deal and the maid service needs to make shore the put toilet paper in the bathrooms .i had to go to the front desk and git some and they helped me right away .we have used the pool gym and sauna and they are all great.can't wait till may .

This is my favorite place to stay down the ocean. We came down for a girls weekend. The room was great and beds comfy as always. We had a problem with our toilet flushing, but we called down and they fixed it right away. The staff was very friendly.

Understanding it was a just a few weeks past Hurricane Sandy, there appeared to be water damage to the rooms and walls. The pool was nice and there was plenty of stuff to do to keep the kids occupied. The rooms were basic, but for the price and being on the boardwalk even in the offseason, it was ok for a quick trip to the beach.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay; however I do apologize that you encountered water damage in your room. As you said, this was from Hurricane Sandy. Fortunately, the damages were minor and we have since repaired them. We are also pleased that your children were able to stay occupied with the amenities we have in the hotel! It’s nice to have the game room and pool for the off-season when the boardwalk shops are not open. We hope to see you again during your next visit to Ocean City!

Went on an escape package which included a $60 voucher for dinner at 1 of 4 restaurants. Only one of the 4 (BJ's) was open and had a bad experience there before so our romantic dinner turned into pizza and a soda at the Dough Roller which was quite good. Hotel refused to credit me for the voucher and would only change the expiration date to next Jan. lot of good that will do since we probably won't be back to OC for a couple years.

Also had a massage at the spa. The table was wobbly and felt like I was going to fall off when she applied side pressure, told them at beginning of message and could not relax the entire time. No offer was made for another service or credit for the poor one.

Had a king suite on the 12th floor. Room was sparsely furnished with no comfortable seating and mattress pad and mattress were stained.

Will never go back.

We went to the Grand and had no expectations, and had a WONDERFUL TIME!!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nice beds, and a great veiw for not ocean front! We are already planning our next visit!!!!
