The Satellite Coffee Shop literally "made our trip" after we discovered it while searching for a decent place for breakfast. We had left our hotel's restaurant mid-meal the first day due to extremely poor food and service, and remembered a recommendation for this place. And they were right! Good food, good service, nice ambiance, and genuinely pleasant and helpful staff. It can get crowded here around 10 AM and after, as they are very popular. It's worth the short wait. We ate here twice, once outdoors. Try to get here early if you're going to the beach afterwards. The Love Boat was good, and very filling. The French Toast was light and fluffy inside, and it probably some of the best French Toast I've eaten anywhere. The Big Kahuna will fill up most people if you're very hungry. And the Sausage and Gravy was good, but spicy. It's a Sage Sausage, so don't order unless you like it a bit on the spicy side. If you do like it spicy, then it's delicious. The coffee was great, and they keep your cup filled. All around, a great place for breakfast. It's on the main highway, Bayside, just next door to the Princess Royale Bayside Hotel. Parking is plentiful. And if you're staying at the nearby Princess Royale Bayside Hotel, THIS is the place to eat, not at Finnegans...!
