This place is a wonderful campground. We had site 28 which is right on the lake, what a beautiful view and so relaxing. The store was nice and it was secure. If you have young children there is no kids activities but there is a pool and a beach area at the one end of the lake. It's about 30 minutes from the Ocean City Inlet. Highly recommend.

This place is ok. Nothing for children to do. No activities. The owners are rude. Don't mention anything about this place being boring for children or they will boot you out and tell you to never come back.
I would NOT recommend this place at all!

Sites by a lake with lake breezes most of the day. Large sites, very clean campground.
Beautiful pool and paths to walk on. Close to the wild ponies at Assateague Island and Ocean City, MD Ponies are very up close and visible, we drove around on a Sunday afternoon and spotted 21 ponies!!
We loved our campsite (RV 33 feet) and our Stay and will be back next year. Staff friendly and courteous.

We just spent a week camping here lakeside. It was so restful and peaceful .Large campsite and we could keep everything on site.Campsite is dog friendly and prices are very reasonable.Pool for swimming and there is also an area in the lake for swimming and the water was wonderful.Enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return.

First off I’ll start by saying this USED to be one of my favorite campgrounds. The bathrooms have always been disgusting, but we made do because we felt the campground was worth it. the ac units were not working this stay. Called in and was told they had no plans to fix them! 105 index, can barely breathe and not a care! I explained that it was torturous taking a shower in those bathhouses - no ac, no windows and that we were here for a sports tournament where girls were being taken to the hospital due to heat exhaustion and they acted like they could care less. They have no problem dumping a bunch of money to add more spots to make more money, but can’t spend a couple hundred dollars to at least make it humane to take a shower at their campground. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I thought they were better than that....
