Decided to give this place one more try and was again disappointed. The only positive was the young lady that greeted us with a warm hello and smile. It was all downhill after that. Our waitperson was not enthused and never checked to see if we needed anything after being served. The sausage gravy over biscuits was horrible. The gravy looked like thick soup out of a can - the sausage was sparse and clumpy - the biscuits were small, flat and tasted like they were soaked in butter. My dining partner had an omelette with toast and home fries. A portion of the omelette was burnt, home fries were loaded in pepper and only one very small piece of burnt toast. Requested the "other" piece of toast and was informed they only provided one piece. Have never been anywhere where you don't get two pieces of toast.
We have tried other items on the menu too and have been disappointed. Their brick oven pizza is mediocre at best and way over priced. It is very small and barely feeds two adults.
Don't waste your time or money going here. The menu is overpriced and you are charged extra for a lot of things that should be included. Was a much better place when they first opened - the prices were reasonable, staff cordial, etc. Maybe they need to get rid of the 'new' limited menu and get back to basics. Why change things when it was working. Anytime we have been around the last 6 months the place is hardly crowded, staff is lack luster and food is horrible. Until we see a sign "Under new management", we won't be back.
