I live in the Midwest - However, I have east coast ties - I discovered this hotel years ago - I've now stayed there on at least 4 different occasions, or every time I've been in the Baltimore area - Fantastic bang for the buck

The front desk personnel was friendly and check in was relatively easy. The airport shuttle is reliable with a friendly driver. .Lots of places to eat nearby. But heads up! $100 deposit required for incidentals.

the noise outside the hotel and outside the room was outrageous. The front desk help was poor. they ignored the huge line of guests to take phonecalls. The wait time was ridiculous. I tried to complain but the receptionist would not get off the phone and I had to catch a plane. The only good thing was the shuttle driver who was pleasant and courteous.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It was very convenient to the major interstate. The room was clean and very reasonably priced. The staff was very courteous and professional. However, the A/C filter needs changing - it emanated an odor when the unit was turned on.

We picked this hotel because of the free shuttle and we thought free parking long term, but it did not have free parking LT. We also had to talk to the woman at the desk about getting 4 of us on the shuttle, because it was reserved for crew. This was NOT stated anywhere or we would have picked another hotel. There are 5 spots for crew only and the shuttle only goes every half hour. We had to be at the airport at 6 am they offered us the 4:30 am or the 6:30 am before I told them I would not have stayed with them had I known. They ultimately obliged because no crew was signed up.
We got on and we did have to pay for parking $7 a day I believe, 2 things they should mention on their site. It is a basic hotel and very close to the airport.
