This Cracker Barrel location has a long way yet to go to measure up to national Cracker Barrel standards. I have been to this location more than a half dozen times since its recent opening. Two visits in Dec 2013 both were breakfasts. Coffee was served warm, not hot. Orders were placed and one was not what was ordered and had to be re-ordered. The other order was cold and the eggs were not prepared as requested. That order had to be sent back. The bacon was ordered well done and was delivered limp and hardly cooked. There seems to be no quality control checks before food leaves the kitchen as these type errors have occurred on at least four visits. The portions at this location are much smaller that other Cracker Barrels visited, country-wide. The management, once contacted, makes things right and errors corrected, but not without the problems in the first round. This location has been in business long enough to have corrected its birthing errors, but unfortunately has not done so. Until this location has gotten itself together, the Cracker Barrel of choice will have to remain at the Bay Bridge/Kent island location. There has never been a problem at that location.
