“Great place to shop”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

The Dutch Country Farmers Market has everything you need to create great meals for your family. From meats to produce to baked good, you can find foods to cook and already prepared foods that your family will love, all at very reasonable prices. Add the friendly service and this is a wonderful place to shop for food.

I especially like the cheese counter and the meat counter.

Be sure to visit the restaurant for lunch.

“Go Amish (market) in Laurel MD”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

It's my usual quick lunch, grab and go. Open only 3 days a week: Thur 9am-6pm, Fri 9am- 8pm and Sat 8am-3pm. Love super-rich ice cream, yummy pretzel, variety of bread & pies. If you have time, dine-in the restaurant for good, simple food with great service.

“What's not to like?”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

I love to come here and experience the great smell from the fresh baked pies/cakes, the awesome down-to-earth foods like sausages/fried chicken, homemade soup and tasty malt smoothies. I am also keeping an eye out for the fresh and organic New York Strip steaks for a future buy. My wife and I are considering a visit to Lancaster during Thanksgiving to enjoy all the home-cooked food and atmosphere-- and I am looking forward to seeing up close the legendary Amish furniture/cabinets.
