Overall the property was nice. The only real thing I did not like was the remote for the TV was not in the room. Had to borrow the front desk's extra. One of the towels in the bathroom had old lipstick stains on it.
Not a bad place, but showing its age - although the bathrooms have been updated recently. Has a great location - 5 minute drive from Metro station (free parking on weekends) and about 35 minutes from downtown Washington - easy to get on/off from the outer loop (I-495). Can be a little noisy if you are on the train side (back). One complaint might be the attached restaurant - food and service is inconsistent - one day good, next day not so good! (I guess it depends on who your cook and server are that day.)
