I booked the afternoon Shenandoah/Potomac rafting trip. Our guide, Tim, was great. We enjoyed listening to him share some history of the area. We also liked his professionalism as well as his sense of humor. We were nervous at first but quickly felt at ease and comfortable under his expert direction. The view on the 7 mile trip was beautiful and we plan to definitely go back in the spring when the water level is higher. My only disappointment is that I wish they had 'real' bathrooms - the porta-a-potties were gross and the hand sanitizer dispensers in 2 of them were empty. Bring your own wipes to clean your hands and sanitizer!
