Since moving Maryland's eastern shore I kept hearing rave reviews about the Suicide Bridge Restaurant and how great the food is. My daughter and her boyfriend treated my wife and I to dinner for Father's Day. It was my first time there. I enjoyed my meal but found the restaurant highly overrated and overpriced. Most all restaurants include 2 side dishes with an entree. Suicide Bridge does not. Each side dish must be purchased separately. I don't remember the exact price, but a small portion of vegetables was two or three dollars. When I say small, I mean small. We had to wait a pretty long time for our food. The food was good, but not great. It's not the type of place I'd go back to, mainly based on the price. I'm not a cheapskate, but I'm the type of person who likes to get a bang for my buck. You won't get a bang for your buck at Suicide Bridge.
Thankfully I wasn't the one paying the bill for this one. My daughter and her boyfriend each had a couple of drinks and with the meals, the bill was close to $300.00 for 4 people. I wasn't even slightly impressed.
