My order was up-sized without me asking for it, but since I only got a receipt after receiving my food, I did not know until it was too late. The 'money taker' at the first window essentially slung my credit card at me and dropped in on the ground for me to have to pick up. After sitting for some minutes at the pick-up window, someone came to the window and asked 'what did you order?' I ordered Dr. Pepper and got Diet D. P. When you're rushing customers through a drive-through, you have to get it right. No one here seemed to be able to keep up with the customers, or care if the service was decent, or if they ever saw you again. I don't expect a lot from fast-food drive-through, but it should be better than this.
