Located within the hidden in plain sight, The Hotel, the Grill Fire proved to be a popular after work "watering hole." Crowded yet comfortable, our group squatted in a corner booth and savored a variety of happy hour drinks and appetizers. The grilled shrimp was fabulous. High marks for the cordial and accommodating server.

Food is very good and service is excellent! Had the swordfish and was really good. Will try the steaks on my next visit. Great for business or just a dinner out. A can't miss. The cotton candy was a nice ending

We spent about 15 minutes trying to locate this restaurant. But we were happy when we did find it and enjoyed the stuffed grilled shrimp very much. There was a generous portion of crab imperial on the shrimp and 2 skewers each covered with imperial. The imperial flavor was excellent.
The service we received was a good part of our meal's enjoyment also. Our server was very attentive but never intrusive. The meal for 3 with no alcoholic beverages was almost $100 but well worth it

We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night, traffic was crawling. Easy to get on and off MD 295. Our food was great, we had calamari, a scallop special and the crab cakes. When the waitress brought our bill, pink cotton candy was with it, nice surprise.

Had lunch at George Martin's Grill Fire restaurant. Tried the Marinated Steak Sandwich with chimichurri sauce and fries. The sandwich was not at all what I expected. I thought of a flank steak sandwich - but it was really a philly cheese steak sandwich. The bread was crusty and a tad dry. The meat was chopped with onion and swiss on top. No chimichurri sauce that I could tell of. The fries were warm, not hot. Our waiter stopped by once in 45 minutes to refill drinks. Convenient if you're at the hotel, but you can do better.
