Very nice Hampton Inn, right off the highway but not too loud. Parking around back is a little dark. Several restaurants nearby. Nice rooms at the hotel! They have adjoining rooms available, roomy bathrooms, nice lighting in the room itself.

Thank you for staying with us. We are located conveniently off of Interstate 70 and close to Interstate 81. A great location for anyone travelling through Western Maryland. I will revisit our exterior lighting. Thank you for the review.

Was travelling late one night with the family and called the hotel on the road - they were great at getting us in last minute. Arrived at 2am and Bill was fabulous! Answered a bunch of questions concerning traffic to Washington, etc. My wife loved the new ceramic tiles and Bill said he would find out. Had an email by 8am from the hotel manager with the manufacturer and brand. Wonderful! The hotel is newly renovated, exceptionally clean and near the interstate exit. Enjoyed and next time through the area it is on top of our list.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton in Hagerstown specifically do we could be close to Boonsborough. My wife is an avid Nora Roberts reader and wanted to tour the town for the day.
We arrived late afternoon the first day and had a chance to go for a swim and soak up the remainer of the sun. Our room is what we have come to expect from the Hampton....clean, bright and good value! We had styed at the Hampton in Fredrick last year and they had a bar and restaurant, so we were a little disappointed to find out that this one didn't have those amenities; however, right across the street, (5 min. walk) there is a great steak house. I was able to go over there both nights and enjoy a beer while my wife got ready for dinner and joined me there. Boonsborugh was only 10-15 min. away, although the town is very small and unfortunately there was not much to see. That's ok though, we still had fun. We stayed a second night and headed off to Virginia Beach the next morning after our second wonderful breakfast! I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.....friendly staff....every thing you would expect from this hotel/motel chain. Great 2 night stay!

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. Nora Roberts' son has a very nice restaurant/pub in Boonsboro. Next time you will have to give that a try. Thank you for staying with us.

We stopped off on our way to Washington D.C. The hotel looked brand new. It was very clean, and the check in was effortless. The breakfast has great variety and quality. Someone put much thought into planning and running this hotel and it shows.

After driving all day and crossing into Maryland I decided to stop for the night. The front desk wasn't the most friendliest on checking in, but changed when I asked about restaurants in the area. She provided a printed handout of restaurants in the area with driving directions, very helpful. The complementary breakfast had a great selection of items.

Best Hampton Inn stay EVER! Hotel was clean and updated. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom could have fit 4 people. Very easy to locate. We were there July 19-20, 2013. During that time, a huge line of storms blew through and knocked the power out briefly and we had a small leak in our ceiling. Staff went into overdrive to ensure guest safety and comfort. Would love to visit the area again and would stay at this same hotel! GREAT complimentary breakfast!

Complimentary breakfast included the normal coffee, juice, cereal, milk, pastry, etc. But what was different was the oatmeal and yogurt and granola and brown sugar and toasted almonds. Did I mention the closest thing to real eggs I've seen in ten years of hotel breakfast? And the bacon was good, too!
