We picked this hotel because of it's relationship to Annapolis, MD and our continued trip to Ocean City, MD from Cleveland, Oh.

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist Sonya was busy with a customer at the counter and the phone ringing. She took time to attended to everyone in a timely pleasant manner. When it was our turn to check-in we found out we had booked two rooms with queens for 5 people. She double checked to see if any rooms were available with doubles and when there were not she offered us a cot free of charge even though it was our mistake. Sonya was absolutely pleasant while under a great deal of stress from phone calls and customers looking for rooms.

Both rooms were clean and recently updated. Kitchenette made preparing a meal easy and even had dish soap to clean the dishes. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room at a perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

I look forwarded to staying at this hotel next year on our way to Ocean City, MD.

We stayed at the extended stay hotel in Glen Burnie and found that the staff there was wonderful, the room was clean, and it was a very nice hotel for the price. I would definately stay there longer if i needed to, and will definately stay again another time! It is close to all the stores that you need, and close to all places to eat. Very convenient.

We stopped at this Extended Stay for two nights. By comparison to other "suite" or "kitchen added" hotels, it was very poor quality. The kitchen supplies were minimal - two each of plastic glasses, coffee mugs, spoons, small plates, cereal bowls. No cooking equipment for the microwave or two-burner stove. As we had not planned to cook that was not a problem, although it certainly would be with a real extended stay. The room had minimal furnishing - a closet consisting of two metal racks and some plastic hangers, no door, a reclining chair, a tiny table where one person could eat, and another table to use as a computer spot with a connection on the lamp base. And the bed. The worst bed I have slept in in many years. Advertised as a queen bed, it measured up more as a double - and certainly slept like one. One small pillow each. I had to go to a chiropractor later on the trip, and part of the reason was this bed. The sheets did not fit well, and mid-way through the night as we rolled around, we had to get up and try to re-make the bed.

The bathroom had the basic equipment, with small, thin towels, as one might expect. The worst part about it was the cigarette smoke - while our room was no-smoking, someone was smoking, probably in the room below, and the smell came up through the pipes. Maryland law may not require a smoke-free hotel, but if you are bothered by the smell, as we are, make sure that your room is not above a smoking-allowed room.

The front-desk staff was pleasant at check-in and departure.

The price here was less than the accommodation at other chain hotels in the area - everything is more expensive given the Washington-Baltimore location - but after adding the price for a trip to the doctor, purchase of a heat compress, and the aggravation of a bad back, it wasn't so inexpensive.

Me and the family stayed here for a small getaway. The rooms are spacious, very high quality, and top notch service. I enjoyed my stay and will return again.
