“Consistently Great”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

I have been going there for five years and can not count on one hand the number of times that it was not excellent. They could use a baked potato and non spiced fries on the menu.

“Brown lettuce and average service.”
Reviewed November 29, 2012 via mobile

The lettuce in my salad was brown and my server was average. Normally the salads are delicious and so are the burgers. Today there was no cheese on my friends ham and cheese sandwich, the lettuce was brown in my salad and our cupcakes were hard as a rock. I'll stick to the burgers and no dessert.

“Unique, awesome desserts”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

Unique place to eat! They have "typical" entrees but lots that have a "twist". Different type of cheese or added spice or citrus. Makes a typical choice unique. The desserts are out of this world! Price seems a little high but worth every mouth full. They also have a deal on mondays. 2 eat for $22 from a selected menu but many choices. You get a drink, entree and dessert. HIGHLY recommend

“Great at The Grill”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

We dined at The Grill at Quarterfield Station in Glen Burnie this past weekend. From the moment we walked in the door the people were friendly and the waitresses were terrific. It was our first experience and we liked everything about it (except the tables are a little close together.) Most importantly, the food was excellent. This is the kind of restaurant where you can be a first timer or one of the repeat customers and you know you’ll be treated right.

Since it was our first time at The Grill, our waitress, Sloane, took time to guide us through the menu and specials, checked up on us frequently and made sure we were satisfied. She did a great job! In a lot of ways, she made a good experience even better. First thing we had was a small basket of hot bread which included the most delicious corn bread I’ve ever had. We also had tossed salads before the main dishes arrived. I ordered the grilled pork chop with mashed potatoes and broccolini. I can only describe the chop as big and flavorful. While I’d describe the mashed potatoes as good, I’d have to say the broccolini was a little tough. My wife had the creole with shrimp, crabmeat and chunks of rockfish. Her meal was even better than mine – and that’s saying something. We never felt rushed and Sloane was attentive throughout the meal. At the end, we were treated to delicious pumpkin muffins.

We’d like to go back again soon and try some of the other dishes we saw the waitresses serve. It‘d be worth it because The Grill is the kind of place where you can get a good meal for a good price.

“A Great Dining Experience”
Reviewed July 22, 2012

Every aspect of dining at The Grill is, indeed, a great experience. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with appetizing specials daily; on Mondays & Tuesdays, one can order a full course meal from the special menu for $15, excluding beverage. The menu suggests a wine to complement each special - a nice touch! The waitstaff are courteous, friendly and efficient -- most of whom take orders by memory! Bill Chalmers (the owner), Joe Tusa (the General Manager), and Andy McLoughlin (the Manager) are very personable and go out of their way to ensure all diners have a most enjoyable dining experience. Food substitutions are no problem, and the chefs have even prepared a favorite meal at a diner's request that was not on the printed menu for a particular evening! The dress is casual; reservations are not required; sometimes there's a short wait, but never too long. You will leave sated and happy!
