We ordered takeout twice with plenty of time to spare. We asked them to name a pickup time and arrived at the time they suggested. Both times the order was not ready and they wanted to start cooking after we arrived for pickup. The first time we waited 45 minutes for the order to be ready. When it happened the second time, we decided to cancel the order -- what is the point of calling in an order if we will have to wait for the food to be cooked after we arrive. Food prices are a bit high since they bundle rice, nan and salad along with the kababs -- so if you are used to ordering kababs a la carte as in New York or New Jersey the prices will seem high for a very modest place inside a gas station. Quality of the kababs are good. Wish they would make the service reliable and show better customer service attitude for people who could be regulars but are turned off by poor service.
