If you only read the first line of reviews, know this: they offer terrific sandwiches, very fresh ingredients and some unique touches to the standards that are delicious and memorable! If you like to read: We were traveling through MD and stopped in Easton for a quick lunch. There was an art fair downtown, which led to a lot of people and a lot of road closures. After we walked into multiple restaurants to find a 30-45 minute wait, we were directed down the street where we stumbled into Julia and her chefs, closing up their booth at the art fair. They very kindly offered to make us two sandwiches back at the restaurant, only a block away. This was above and beyond service, given that they'd been working out on a very hot July day for 6 hours. It was then that we received our amazing sandwiches (Julia's namesake turkey sandwich and the curry turkey, along with chips and very crisp pickles!). We ate outside in their adorable patio area, where again they went above and beyond and put up a umbrella to provide us shade. Not only was the food terrific, but their service and obvious dedication to provide the best of both makes this little shop a MUST to check out!
