My family stays in Marriott properties almost exclusively and I have to say that this facility is top notch. The room was excellent with a great new layout. The housekeeping staff was very responsive to a request for extra towels. However, the person working the front desk was just short of rude in greeting us as we checked in. She didn't bother explaining the breakfast hours, elevator location, etc. once we had our room card. I don't expect special service as an elite member but would expect the desk staff to treat every guest with a little 'special' attention. It is those little things that generate loyalty. Otherwise, this property is conveniently located in the area and has very nice, new rooms. More
