The hotel is hard to find, off a side street, with a small sign, and next to some kind of land fill surrounded by orange plastic fencing, making the approach very depressing. Added to that, we seemed to be the only person there besides the desk clerk, and the decor is a new but not too cheerful Jetsons/Tomorrowland decor. The room was fine and new and the layout interesting. Not really a suite, but not priced like one either. Beware of the fold-out couch. Our daughter's had springs at the surface, but we were able to fold up our duvet for her to use as a mattress pad cover and another blanket was delivered for us. The breakfast was warm and we got to see southern food (ham, sausage with gravy and biscuits) . Our room was also always cold despite our attempts to heat it. A bus load checked in for the weekend and the walls are thin, but they all seemed happy.
