We saw reviews of restaurants in Chestertown and chose Luisa's based on the reviews of other travellers. They were right! The food was very reasonably priced but just delicious. As we walked up, the chef happened to be walking back in (maybe getting something from the Super Fresh next door) and he greeted us with a smile and opened the door for us. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer or more attentive, noticing when we needed water and describing the specials articulately. There was an outside area for those who wanted to enjoy the pleasant weather and the inside was simple but pleasant and spacious. There seemed to be a lot of locals even though it was Tea Party weekend, so I suppose it is not well known except by Trip Advisor avicionados. I would recommend it if you are in the area and want excellent food and great service at a fair price.
