“My favorite in Bowie”
Reviewed September 3, 2012

So I have been here several times when visiting friends in Bowie. I have never gotten Ledo's Pizza here - I have one of those at home! My favorite thing to do is order a bunch of appetizers for the table to share. The wings and the waffle fries are wonderful! I enjoy the crab dip, the chicken fingers, and onion rings too! We have gotten meals here and they are tasty too. Never disappointed.

“Great Breakfast on Weekends & Serves American Cuisine as Well”
Reviewed August 17, 2012

I actually really enjoy their breakfast on the weekends (they only serve breakfast on the weekend). Plentiful selection & nice sized portions with both their breakfast and their American cuisine. I prefer their Turkey plate with mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce but the roast beef is tasty as well.

“It's OK for a Little Change Up”
Reviewed August 12, 2012

I've been to this restaurant quite a bit and it really never gets very good. It service Ledo's pizza if you like that (which I don't) and the "Italian" food is mediocre, at best.

Depending on the day and time you get there, the service may be quick and friendly or it may be slow with harried waitresses trying to keep up. There is also a small bar which is not really separated from the dining area. So you get the good ol' boys sitting there pounding back the beers or their drinks while you're there trying to have a meal.

Prices are reasonable but not spectacular. All in all, it's OK for someplace different if you live nearby and don't want to get dressed up to go anywhere.

“It's another original Ledo's pizza place”
Reviewed August 2, 2012

There are only two places in the world that serve authentic ledo's green olive pizza. No pizza belt/roller machines here. Cooked the right way in an old oven. Related to the owners of the original Ledo's in Adelphi, MD, right next door to where I grew up. A little old fashion dive look to the place, but friendly service, a wide variety of good items to chose from, and good ole' fashion family-oriented cooking. A nice locals spot.

“Worth hunting for”
Reviewed June 25, 2012

In a strip shopping center on 197 just north of 450. Neighborhood pub. Service slowish, bar noisy, but the food was great. And the price was "reasonable" (for the DC area) - $200 for 8 including wine, beer and tip. Extensive menu - way beyond the neighborhood Italian pizza place, and according to my party, all very good. No atmosphere - take your kids, and your appetite.
