We ate at Guapo's last night, ordering a "seafood" chimichanga and another, similar, "seafood" dish. The "seafood" was shrimp and "scallops." I put quotes around certain words because the "scallops" didn't look, taste or texture of scallops. Maybe they were synthetic, made from some other agglomeration of seafood? They were white lumps of untasty "stuff." The were not enough shrimps in the meal to make up for the "scallops," which were more like filler. When the maître asked, "how was your dinner," I brought this to her attention. She said they get large scallops and cut them in half and left it at that. No offer of recompense although there was an unexplained 10% on the check, which did not make up for the lack of quality in the meal. Sad because we usually like this restaurant and I would normally give it a "3" or "4." In closing, the maraurita was somewhat over-priced.
