Met here with 2 friends for lunch today (May, 2014) mostly because of the parking lot next to the restaurant, but also because the reviews were so good. The hosts were gracious, servers knew the menu and food preparation perfectly and were able to answer questions for a guest with food allergies, and the service was exquisite. I happen to be a martini fan, and for the first time in my experience, when my beautifully served martini glass had lost its chill, the server brought a freshly chilled glass to the table and transferred my remaining martini to the chilled glass. I was impressed! All luncheon orders were delicious - crab cakes, Arctic Char, and prime rib. The only reason this review has 4 stars rather than 5 is that the prime rib, while delicious in taste, had far more gristle and tendon in it than it should have had. It was done to a perfect medium-rare, but a part of it was inedible. However, I will be back to this restaurant when I am next in Bethesda for any reason at all !
