Having had some disappointing dining experiences recently, I was not optimistic on my first visit to The Parva. But concern turned to pleasure as the food was very good, especially the starter platter. Service was very good - helpful without being over-attentive. Fortunately the waitress did not say "very good choice" when we chose the entrees. This expression has become so over-used at some DC restaurants that it has become meaningless, even annoying.
Overall, a pleasant dining experience, even though the not particularly extensive wine list did not have the wine that I chose from the list.
