Walking into the restaurant you almost feel lost without any form of proper direction from the wait staff. Having never been there before, I wasn't aware of the "credit card" system they have in place where you order your food at separate food stations and then swipe your card. Once you are ready to leave, you take your card to the front of the restaurant and pay for your food. It really depends on the location, but there could have been someone who greeted guests and let newbies like myself know how it worked.
In terms of food, it was great. It is made to order, and you are given a buzzer to let you know when it's ready. I had the bruschetta as an appetizer and the pizza salame as the main dish. Both were delicious, the only thing I would say is that the pizza was a little too thin for my liking.
I look forward to trying this place out again soon, and hopefully some of the other food they have to offer!
