We spent a weekend in May for our daughters graduation from American University.
Many/most rooms include the two queen beds. OVerall very quiet rooms. The property is clean, upscale, and in a good nearby DC location. Paid parking was included as well as breakfast. Room rate was $165, which for DC, isn't the best OR the worst. A la carte parking is otherwise 15. The breakfast was ok, but as many know the very popular "make your own waffles" was very VERY low quality. The batter made the waffles taste like heated cardboard ! Not quite up to Hilton Standards. Bathroom amenities were quite nice. Water temperature and pressure was top notch ! A small fridge and micro were in the room. This hotel provides coffee/tea pretty much 24/7 in the lobby area as well as daily made butter and choc chip cookies. A very nice touch.
