This is a franchise in The Festival at Bel Air. It is new, only open a month or so. I have been there 3 times so I must like the food. The concept is good. Pick your pita wrap, select a basic type of filling and have them custom make it while you watch. People are friendly. Food is good. Prices are fine. So, what the drawback? Well, it's just not clean. The first thing you see when you walk in is the dirty mat inside the front door. Then you notice the dirty floor. I mean food remnants, napkins, dirty plastic silverware, etc. When you get your food and try to find a clean table, not much luck. They do not keep the tables wiped down. If you look at the floor in the food prep area, food everywhere. Even the side of the grille facing the door is heavy with grease. I actually spoke to the manager about all this and she was very nice and immediately had someone come out to clean up the dining area. But she did not do a very good job and when I went back the very next day it was all dirty again.
Guys, you are new and you only get one chance to make a first impression. Tidy things up and you will be a hit!
