“Good breakfast place at 1pm!”

The french toast were delicious. Omelet was good, nothing much to say about it. Try the cream chipped beef gravy over your eggs is a must do! The service was adequate but the place looks a bit runned down. Worth a visit.

“The Best”
Reviewed July 25, 2012

This family run diner combines solid food with interesting specialties. The Greek Village never fails to satisty. The service is friendly and attentive. The Cream of Crab soup is my personal favorite, and many of my friends and family swear by their grilled cheese

“Very good food and service”
Reviewed August 25, 2011

New to the area, we went for a late lunch. Had a gyro and a burger. Both were as good as we've had anywhere. The service was very good. The manager stopped by our table to see how things were going. Nice touch! Will be going back here often.

“A hidden gem! Top-notch food with family friendly service”
Reviewed August 17, 2011

We go to the Greek Village pretty regularly and it is basically a town staple for their awesome breakfast and overall terrific menu for both lunch and dinner. They have a lot of Greek specialties which are must-tries. Their chicken souvlaki platter is something I've had numerous times and it never fails to satisfy! They make great gyros and my husband is addicted to their fried calamari. They also offer great steaks, the town's best jumbo lump crab cakes, and a chicken cordon bleu unlike any I've had before. Usually chicken cordon bleu is fried, but the one they serve at the Greek Village is creatively baked or broiled, so it's not as fattening, but incredibly delicious. My son goes with us for the cheesesteaks and usually orders fried mushrooms appetizer served with marinara sauce. It's really excellent.

The service is very friendly and efficient. They are busiest on Sunday mornings for breakfast, but the wait is minimal. They have a reputation for being open during all snow events, serving those guys that plow the roads and patrol the streets. We did eat there when our electricity went out during a blizzard and it was great to have comforting food available when everywhere else was closed.

The decor needs updating, but the bar area is comfortable and they serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, and beers. I'm a little partial to the "Italian Surfer" and at our last visit they were offering drink specials. One must have item, when they have it available is their bread pudding with an incredible whiskey glaze. It sells out quickly when they offer it but it is truly a memorable dessert. Just last week they were also serving a homemade peach cobbler using local peaches and it was outstanding.

All in all, a solid, neighborhood staple of unexpectedly good food with great service. I highly recommend it.
