This place is called a pub but the food is far better than that. The atmosphere is warm and friendly like a pub, and the prices are pretty low like a pub, but the menu is far more varied and delicious - tonight they had mussels, bbq chicken thighs, minestrone, cheddar-ale soup with bacon, along with the regular fish and chips and other entrees and salads. I had the cheddar ale soup and a ceasar salad. The greens are always very fresh and the soup was wonderful! Plus they often have some low-key live music or an open mic. A friendly and delicious place to hang out!
