Stayed one night on our say through Maine.
Place everything we look for in Motel.
Clean/spacious.
Parked vehicle directly in front of our room.
Couple chairs and table outside room
Pool and grounds very well kept.
Hardwood floors on ground floor rooms. ( not a fan of carpets)
Price very reasonable
IGA (which has everything a vacationer would need )2 min walk from Motel
Trolly car stops right in front of motel
Owners Down East friendly!!
Will for sure stay next time through
Place absolute gem.

Third time at the Footbridge North Hotel. First hotel as you enter Wells via 95. Hard to find better value for money. Safe, quiet, clean, friendly and very convenient. Beat over-priced & over-crowded Ogunquit. Why not be strategically located between Kennybunk Port and Ogunquit. Close to many beautiful beaches, services & highway 95 which is ideal for travelling around and enjoying the local beaches, restaurants, sightseeing and outlets in Kittery & Freeport ! Easy to get to Boston by train or by car. Always nice to relax by the pool after a day at the beach. Owners Lisa & Peter always extend their warmest welcome. We look forward to returning. We will definitely go back soon.

Thank you for pointing out that if you're the kind of vacationer that likes to explore an area and take in all the sights, we're centrally located for you!

Boston is a wonderful destination but comes at a high price to your wallet. At this writing, the Wells train station is only 1 1/5 miles from the hotel. It offers free parking with train service beginning at 8:40 am and boarding in Boston for Wells as late as 11 pm, all for around $30 USD round trip! See a sporting event, shop or go to one of the many museums or make it a college visit. It's hard to beat the price and the convenience!

Portsmouth, NH is 20 mins south and Portland, ME is 35 mins north. Both wonderful walking cities with many great restaurants.

When your day is done, enjoy our pool deck maybe even have a glass of wine to unwind.

Make your vacation your way at a price that doesn't leave you wanting for more dough in your pocket!

We had recently lost my son due to an accident 2 weeks before our trip. We still went because we didn't want to be charged for canceling also everyone told us it might be good to still go and get away. The people were nice however we did not like the guests. I took my 16 year old daughter out to the pool the first night and there was a lady who kept talking about how she was so glad there were no kids there and she made my daughter feel uncomfortable so she would not go back to the pool. I tried explaining to my daughter to not let it bother her we paid for our stay as well as the lady had. I understand it is a quiet place that doesn't really want kids however my daughter is 16 and is going through a very difficult time. She was very well behaved and never uttered a word to that woman. That very same night well my daughter and husband were sleeping their were people sitting right outside our room drinking and being very loud. I did go out and ask them nicely to please quiet down which they did. We might stay there again. The room was nice and had great stores across the street for convenience however I think we will go back to York where we had always stayed before as it feels to us that wells does not like kids and that's such a shame as I really love mine and wish other people we pound realize what a blessing they are.

For our third time we stay at this hotel and it was even better. Peter and Lisa are always taking good care of their clients. Our room with full kitchenette, a very good bed with clean and good linen was, as usual, perfect. Personnel and clean up very good. The pool is well situated at the back of the property. We enjoyed swimming after a long day out. Everybody want us happy!

The hotel si quiet, with a very good situation on the map. From there, you have many possibilities to run around for beaches, grocery and restaurant (cross the street), plus many others restaurants, groceries and others facilities not so far away. You might want a massage fromage "Your body works", just the bouse next door.

Peter et Lisa, and your personnel, thank you for your kind attention to our needs and more.

We have developed great friendships with return guests! With each and every visit we learn more about others and where they live. It's an awesome experience!

It's easy to be a guest here. From the grocery store across the street, more than a handful of local restaurants within walking distance and the Trolley stop located at the end of the entrance to the hotel, your options are as big as you wish and your car can stay parked for free!

Thank you for your kind words and we look forward another visit in the future!

By far one of the best places we've stayed in the area. It's conveniently sandwiched between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. The price was reasonable, and it was comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for staying with us!

7 miles north, 7 miles south and 5 beaches in the middle makes one great vacation sandwich!

We hope to see you again!
