The Varano family is at it again! This new restaurant on Mile Road was excellent, a micro brewery with great pizza and more.
Four of us split two pizzas and a chop salad which were truly fabulous and the brew was just as good. The entire menu looked interesting with mini portions, burgers etc. Good food, great service and best of all, great prices. We'll be back again

“Very Good Start”
Reviewed May 23, 2013

We had been anxious for Fire N Brew to open since it is something a little bit different for the area.

We tried the margherita pizza, classic cheeseburger, bourbon bacon cake and the dark ale. We were very happy with all of the choices.

The pizza crust was tasty and cooked well, we both loved the crushed tomato sauce which was pretty basic but packed with a sweet tomato flavor and it was topped with an appropriate amount of basil and fresh mozzarella. The cheese could have been a bit more melted and maybe even blackened a bit, but that is getting nit-picky.

The house made brioche roll for the burger was fantastic, the burger itself was very tasty and the fries may have been the star of the dish. The chipotle aioli seemed like an odd choice on the menu as there wasn't really a "basic" cheeseburger option, but the chipotle flavor was not at all overpowering.

The Burbon Bacon cake was a fantastic finish, great flavor and a nice change to find a more original dessert choice, but the serving size was a little bit too big. I think we could have comfortably divided the piece between a group of four.

Now to the only bit of negative that we had. While our server Ferrah was fantastic, the decor seemed a bit confused. A lot of the elements from the Wells Beach Steakhouse were still in place and it didn't seem to fit the pizza/beer concept. The new concept is just opening, so it deserves a pass but I hope they continue to work to match the interior to the concept. The brick pizza oven and brewery equipment from the facebook page are beautiful and I hope they can eventually be worked into the design of the restaurant.

Overall, VERY happy with the food and service, but I hope they continue to work on the decor. We will be back!
