If you would rather be outside with nature instead of shopping, this is the place for you! We chose this for the length of the trail...only one mile, and location, and the fact that it's a free visit. The trail if perfectly maintained and easy to navigate; a stroller would work great. It would be easily handicap accessible I think. There are 11 stops (using the trail guide) and I think there were three benches placed along the walk at the observation decks if you do need to sit down, We saw woodpeckers, bluebirds, Canada geese and a chipmunk to name just a few of the critters. There is a visitors centre but it was closed the Sunday we were there. My husband and I, both in our late 60's, found this to be very enjoyable and appreciated the beauty of this park.
