“Great experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2013 via mobile

Had a great pizza and excellent service! They also sell lobster from Mill Cove Lobster Pound. Looking forward to the blueberry muffin I bought. Whoopie pie looked good, but were sold out when I came in back in after getting memu earlier in the day. They have seating inside and out.

“I never forget a meal.................especially something THIS good!!!!!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2013

Soooooooooo sad!!! These lobster rolls were recommended by a local. They were "slap your grandma" good!!!! Since last summer, I discovered I am gluten-intolerant. I will miss the rolls.......delicious.........but I still intend to eat the lobster. Setting is quaint, fun and relaxing.

“Outstanding lobster rolls”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2013

Small, charming lobster pound, post office and small country store all together. Outstanding lobster rolls heaped with fresh lobster with little, if any mayonnaise- thus, pure lobster. Excellent fried Haddock basket and fried shrimp baskets. Charming rustic tables on small deck overlooking the water and Barter Island bridge which opens manually throughout the summer. Typical unadulterated Maine coastal scene. Pretentions not welcome.

“A must have lobster roll in Boothbay Harbor, Me”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 26, 2013

The crab rolls here are just overflowing with mounds of fresh lobster. The atmosphere is old time country store with wooden floor and a few necessities for purchase. While you're there, order a homemade pie--lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb, blueberry--to pick up later or the next day. The country store also has whole lobsters for sale on the property. The store is located right next to an interesting swing bridge, featured in the movie "In the Bedroom". If you're lucky, a boat will pass by while you are there, and you'll get to see the bridge in operation. Other kinds of sandwiches are available as is pizza.
