Sat outside and the water view was beautiful. But that's where the pleasure began and ended. Service was slow and minimal. Food was average, at best. Ordered the seared tuna lettuce cup and found it hard to believe that when it was served the lettuce was rusty brown. Actually placed in front if me that way. The tuna itself was delicious but difficult to appreciate when juxtaposed with the garnish. Other items were passable but not worth noting. Glad we followed this experience with Gelato Fiasco in Brunswick.

Recently visited the Sea Dog Brewery with friends and sat on the deck overlooking the river. What is typically a wonderful experience was rendered horrible due to the NUMEROUS spider webs and the spiders that inhabited them. Not just a few spiders, they are in every corner, overhead, in the windows, everywhere! This is a nice establishment with good food and a great atmosphere. Removing spiders is a really easy fix, it basically takes a broom once a day or so. Just a little tip from one of your customers who does not like dining with spiders.

Enjoyed lunch here on Sunday with friends. Had their brown ale, which was excellent. The sandwich was unusual: Thinly sliced mojo pork, avocado, sauerkraut, tomato,
provolone and garlic aioli on a grilled roll. It was fantastic! I think everyone was satisfied with their food. Prices were typical. Nice view. Kinda loud. Decent service. I liked it fine!

We took our vacation guests to the Sea Dog for a great late lunch. Ate outside, sampled several Sea Dog beers and shared lots of appetizers. A wonderful place to take guests or go by yourself.
We went again the next Friday during the Brunswick Art Walk and arrived at "Happy Hour". Wow, lots of yummy fried chicken appetizers and the COLD BEER!!!!!

The four of us in our group eat lunch here at least four times a summer and have been doing so for the last five or six years. The main draw is the deck overlooking the Androscoggin River. Lovely! The food is adequate pub fare. We don't drink their beer, but their Manhattans are delicious! The servers have always been pleasant and attentive. My biggest gripe is that they changed (reduced) the menu a couple of years ago and it has been the same with nothing new added (except for specials). We are very tired of the menu offerings, but the view is wonderful!
