I love the setting, food, beer. And the experience. I think it's a good value and all around a good experience ... ALL that said ... PLEASE turn down the volume on the live music! PLEASE! When we go and the live band (just about every night) plays, we cannot carry on a conversation at the table. I must say that if it weren't for that, we'd be there a couple of times a week.

They have local grass-fed burgers that are really great. The Irish egg rolls were really creative.

Weird, but they do not have guinness stew on the menu.

I've been in a couple of times. They tend to treat regulars a little better. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it is really attentive, but on two other times I had to leave because it was just taking too long to get a beer (and it was a slow )

The music is way to loud. You can't even talk. It's annoying. I don't go on music nights because it is too loud.

We went last winter with high expectations give the write ups. The place was cold and dark, and the service was horrible. The food was late, cold and greasy. Never going back

We stopped in for a beer after a hard day, and we found that unlike most places they had an excellent selection of really good beers on tap. The owner came over and talked with us. There was a nice (gas) fire in the stove. It was cozy. We had a very good time.

We go to Billy's when we want to have a friendly pub experience, and try to coordinate with live music. It's a little rough, but with character, and always gives us what we want. If you want high-brow go somewhere else. We have always enjoyed the music, food, service and vibe.
