This is a super little restaurant on the coast and not only is the lobster really good, but you do not get ripped off with the cost.

A little hard to find in the dark if you are unfamiliar with the area, but WELL WORTH IT. Its a little bit of a hole in the wall, but lobster was to die for with great prices and even at night, the view was good :-) Please seek this out, I wish we could have kept coming back except we were on a road trip....!

I have wanted to try this for years, and will be back next year! Great steamers, lobsters & beer in a classic unpretentious setting.

Wish we had found this place sooner but tried it the last night of our trip to Maine. Glad we had the GPS because it can be a little tricky finding and we saw the sign stating restaurant was in the back. We arrived around 6:30pm Friday night and had about a 20 minute wait – first available table which was inside. (Heard it can be a much much longer wait in the summer). This is a come as you are, no frills, small seafood shanty atmosphere. We both had seafood chowder – excellent. My husband had the Seafood Penne which he enjoyed very much. I had 2 pounds of sumptuous steamers – pure heaven. The views cannot be beat – right on the water front. Service was pleasant and prompt. Prices very reasonable! Seafood is as fresh as it can be. Heard them tell someone they were closing at 8pm (early for a dinner spot) so we were one of the last ones out but we did not feel rushed even though they were cleaning up. Definitely will be back – lots more to taste. Like to go during the day to enjoy the day scenery and sit outside. Anytime would be awesome, it is just a picture perfect spot with great seafood. Add to your list!
