My fiance and I found this place on TripAdvisor, because we needed a place to stay in the Cape Elizabeth area during our Fall Foliage driving tour. This review covers the motel side of the property - we found that it was a better value for us, since we were on a budget. We can definitely say it is above average - compared to what everyone perceives a "motel" to be, the dated furnishings and how the room is set up still makes the room have that "motel" feeling. However, the room was clean and comfortable. A major downside was the Wi-Fi. Our room was towards the end, facing the street - so we didn't have a decent connection. All in all, we would definitely recommend this to guests who need a place to stay overnight with a budget, on their way up to Portland, or on their way down to Portsmouth, NH and everything in between.
