This hotel was absolutely amazing! We chose a King Deluxe room simply because it guaranteed you a deck and the accommodations more than delivered! Upon arrival we were happily greeted, given our key and instructions to our room, and once we walked in, everything was amazing! I first thought the photos online looked too good to be true (having been in the area before, I couldn't believe I never noticed this property) but I was happy to discover it was even better than anticipated. Our deck had beautiful views overlooking the pool, property and the ocean in the distance. The room was extremely clean, hotel staff so welcoming and polite, our stay was better than expected. It is not within walking distance to any of the nearby towns or restaurants but Rockland and Camden were just a mere 10 minutes away. It was quite on property at night, despite being right off route 1, and a quick hop on the road to get to wherever you need to be. The pool is heated, so it was nice to swim at night. They had complimentary coffee in the morning right in the lobby. Although you had close neighbors, everyone was quiet and respectful of those around them. I would 1000% recommend this Inn! It was better than I could've expected, excellent staff and beautiful grounds. I look forward to staying at the Inn again!

So happy staying here! Rooms are very neat! Amazing view from enclosed porch in room. Very close to Camden, Rockport, Rockland centers but not walkable. Pool is great and heated. Morning coffee available in lobby.. no restaurant on site but close enough to towns to enjoy the local restaurants..see my other reviews! Highly recommend this wonderful inn!

This hotel sits far from the road: very quite and peaceful. The hotel is beautifully furnished and really nice. The king bed was bed very comfortable. Enclosed porch off the bedroom with chairs and table with beautiful views of the cove. Refrid in room. Nice size bathroom with lots of towels: the only placed I have ever stayed with an overabundance of towels: soft and smelled great. Very clean accommodations. Reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again: we had a very rainy day and couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool or walk to the water. This place is a gem and I would highly recommend going out of your way to stay here. Great place.

Although this was a truly beautiful property - the rooms were decorated with quality and style to the max - the fact that there are no dining options NOR is there any coffee maker in the rooms. They offer complimentary coffee in the lobby but only for a limited time. As a seasoned traveler, I will not return to this property for those reasons.

Our room was very spacious, clean and had a terrific view of the cove and bay. The location is convenient to Rockport / Camden downtowns, but not walkable. The good news is the location is out of the heavy traffic those downtowns have during the summer.
Very quiet location with helpful staff. The swimming pool is excellent. Charming hotel on great site. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Room tip: Rooms with a view are well worth it
