Outstanding place, loved every minute spent there, the room is above expectation, the pool is amazing, the place is well manicured and super clean.
The only one thing and is not even that important but would be nice since there is not breakfast at least muffins or donuts for when you first wake up to have something to eat until you have a chance to go out for breakfast, other than that everything is amazing and I rate this place A+

What a beautiful location with a great view of the water. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, unbelievably decorated. The host was most gracious upon our arrival. This will definitely be a return visit, only next time a longer stay!

We truly loved our stay here. If it's an amazing view in a quaint town that you're looking for then you've came to the right location. The room is decorated beautifully in a new modern beach decor, and very very clean with plenty of soaps and towels. The Inn is on the most picturesque cove... you can walk down and sit by the water or enjoy the view from your porch of your oceanfront view.

My only suggestion would be, there needs to be a coffeemaker in the room.
Would be much better to wake up to a cup of coffee and be able to enjoy it as you enjoy the view, without having to get dressed & walk over to the main lobby where it is served.

Other than that - a 5 rating for a beautiful inn and location!

The property is well maintained and the room was spotless. Each over-sized room has a private balcony to sit and enjoy the expansive views The employees were friendly and efficient. The inn is roughly 5 miles from wonderful seafood restaurants and although next to Route 1, it is very quiet.

Room tip: All rooms have ocean views. Our room was on the 1st level and we did hear people above us.

This is the most beautiful place on the New England coast. Perfectly appointed rooms. Perfectly manicured landscape with lots of flowers. Fabulous view of the Penobscot Bay. We had a delightful stay at Island View Inn.
