Our first trip to Maine and first stop on our trip. What a wonderful experience. The best blueberry pie ever and pie and ice cream was available all day. Beautiful old house. Ours was not the largest room, but perfect for us. Beautiful furnishings, nice fireplace. Short walk into town to a wonderful restaurant on the harbor. Great day!

Our first outing as empty nesters. First timers for bed and breakfast. Would highly recommend Berry Manor Inn. We visited Rockland, Bar Harbor, and Freeport. Berry Manor Inn and Rockland definitely our favorite. We loved the small town hospitality and couldn't ask for better hosts. The house is clean and beautiful, the staff is great, and the pies are amazing.

The house is beautiful with a lovely ambience, the hosts were very welcoming and the room we had was really comfortable with everything to make our stay enjoyable. A highlight was the cuisine provided. Pies and ice cream were available any time of the day, and the breakfast was great. Providing gluten free food was no problem at all and much appreciated.

Overall, we had a lovely time. It is a beautiful place and they are very welcoming and warm.

However, every breakfast, they would play these obnoxious singing hamsters. It is bizarre--it SO doesn't feel like it fits in with the ambiance of the hotel. Lovely classical music and then these little battery-operated, mechanical singing hamsters. They seemed like cheap versions of The Chipmunks. They would just press a button and start several of them.

Look, if they want to collect singing hamsters, fine. But don't make us listen to them!

Otherwise, it was lovely.

The Inn is amazing. It was pricier than most B&B's we've stayed in, but worth it. The house itself is stunning and the extras you get are fun. My husband could of lived in the pie pantry. The room was huge and very well done and the breakfast room and breakfast was fabulous.

Room Tip: We were in room 3 and I would recommend it. I'm sure all of the rooms were as nice as ours thoug...

We've stayed in many B&B's over the years and this no doubt is close if not AT the top. Atmosphere, service, value.....it's got it all. Hosts are awesome with good humor, good tips, and a legitimate concern that guests enjoy their stay......AND THE PIES!!! YES!!!! For sure would stay here again.

We spent our delayed honeymoon night in the Inn and scarfed down homemade pies like mad. This was a very lovely place with awesome period decor and furniture. We peeked in a few rooms and every one was beautiful. The pies are the real attraction here but the proprietors are real characters-- especially the husband and everyone at the Inn did their best to make sure our stay was fantastic. I especially liked Captian Nemo kitty, the edible flower garden and the parlor for coffee, tea and reading..... GREAT house!

Room Tip: I don't think you can go wrong with any room. I liked the toiletries a lot! Bee Kind I think i...
