The Berry Manor Inn is a jewel in Mid-Coast Maine. We frequently escape there, just for an overnight visit, dining at our favorite restaurant Primo (reservations a must) also in Rockland.
Cheryl and Mike are wonderful hosts, the grounds and gardens are always specatular, and the hospiltality can't be beat.
Attention to detail is the key word here, with good old fashioned service and cleanliness always evident.
The innkeepers are always entertaining, humor abounds, and it's truly a family affair with both Moms participating as pie makers and servers at morning breakfast. A wonderful get-away for anyone driving up the coast of Maine.

3 friends and I just spent 3 wonderful, relaxing days and nights at the Berry Manor Inn. Cheryl, Mike and the Moms make everything heavenly. The breakfast is beautiful and delicious, and the pies ......... fantastic. The Inn is beautifully furnished and Cheryl and Mike are very helpful and make every effort to ensure that the guests have a memorable time. I highly recomend Rockland and the Berry Manor Inn. I can't wait to go back.

Berry Manor Inn and the family of Innkeepers define the standard in B&B luxury, relaxation and pampering for the weary business person or vacationer. I've stayed at the Inn many times and marvel at the attention to details and effortless ease in which Mike and Cheryl operate this wonderful 1880's Mansion and Carriage House. The nightly homemade pies crafted by Ellie, Janet and Ann - the Pie Moms (who really should have beat Bobby Flay's Pie Throwdown) await you in the well-stocked Bulter's Pantry. But I never wait for dessert time to sample the Moms' scrumptous pies - I usually prime my tummy with a reasonable pie sampler before setting out for dinner in Rockland. Before I discovered the Berry Manor Inn, I stayed at a local resort and at other B&B's. . .there is no comparison to the Berry Manor Inn. Jean Rocap, RD, LD, CDE

Excellent B&B experience. Cheryl and Mike have created a unique and charming atmosphere with superb furnishings and attention to the details. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and each is unique. The common areas area cozy and inviting. The food was great and availability of homemade pies (with ice cream!), coffee and sodas 24/7 is a great plus.

We will recommend The Berry Manor Inn to our friend and family as a great place to stay with excellent hosts!

The Berry Manor Inn is hands-down the best B&B we have ever stayed in. It is spacious, beautiful, immaculately kept and has many ammenities such as beautiful sheets, lovely decotrating and fireplaces.

Guests have complete inn access including a kitchen with a stocked fridge and HOMEMADE PIES, many comfortable common areas and wireless internet access. At 7AM coffee, tea and juice was available in the 2nd floor library (VERY convenient) and the breakfasts were delicious and enjoyable. Alternating between savory and sweet each day they were our favorite part of the day. The service and attention was personal without being stuffy or strained - we never laughed so much!

What really put Berry Manor Inn over the top were the owners Cheryl and Mike (and the Moms!). Cheryl and Mike are independant business people of the best kind. They truly believe and live the tenet "Customers first." They are warm and welcoming and friendly and personal - and have great senses of humor. They are the embodiment of the difference between independantly owned establishments and chains - chains can't pay anyone enough to care like Cheyl and Mike do. They made us feel at home in their home. Staying at the Berry Manor Inn is like staying with friends - it may sound cliche, but it is true. We can't wait to return.

I had to go to Rockland on business in Sept. and decided to take my wife. The company booked this inn although I had never stayed at a B&B. What a fantastic experience! We stayed in one of the carriage house rooms that was phenomenal. It had the greatest shower (8 heads) on the planet. Can't say enough about what great hosts Cheryl, Mike and the Mom's were. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and some of the best bird imitations by "Mikes" mom. Look in the dictionary under B&B and you'll find a picture of this place.

6 of us stayed here as we were in Rockland on business and the moment we pulled int he drive way this place was soooo charming. An upscale B&B Cheryl and Mike were so friendly and very helpful to make sure we got in and situated. Cheryl took us on our tour and explained a bit of the history of this victorian home. They both put sooo much effort into the design and detail to restoring this old home. The rooms are gorgeous and sooo cozy. We loved the decor, bed treatments, firepalces and jacuzzi tubs. The best is the fresh pie baked by their mothers available in both the house kitchen and carriage house kitchen for you to help yourself. If you like the homey feeling of a B&B you will enjoy this place. The turn down at night was really special. After a busy day returned to my roomto hear the sounds of classical music playing from the clock radio, my bed turned down and chocolates on my bed - just some of the Wonderful touches you will find in this WOW of a place
