This was one of several recommendations from Frank and PJ (Limerock Inn) - easy to find and worth the trip. Zesty food- perfectly seasoned- unique combinations.

A bit tight in the dining area- make reservations or go early.
Only negative- service was too slow or they were short help the evening we were there.

This restaurant was recommended to us by Cheryl at "The Berry Manor Inn" .... it was amazing ! and we had the seats by where they cook so that was pretty amazing to watch them !

Our food was exceptional. Mushroom - Gorganzol App was best ever! These Chefs know how to hit the tastes buds; extensive creative menu. We ate outside next to the comfty wood stove...which paired well with a robust Zin from their nice wine list. We gorged upon three courses and wanted two more but the service was really slow...well intended and sweet but slow. Finally, we cut the two hour dinner short and will try them again...food this could doesn't come often. I encourage owners to spend more mgmt time training servers and improving throughput. But, Yes, Most Definately give them a try!

First, kudos to the owners for such a strong commitment to being purveyors local food, wine & beers. The commitment to local farmers, fishermen and brewers was evident. The menu was very extensive and an immediate conversation starter. The setting is small and noisy, from conversation, kitchen etc.

Four of us enjoyed an excellent evening. The haddock enchilada was unique..not at all heavy, the flavor of the peppers and cilantro-lime came through with a nice zest..very flavorful. The Gnu Thing (variety of vegetables & chicken) was also very nicely done, with a deft touch on the curry spice, just right, not overwhelming at all. Equally satisfied were two in our party with the “Not Quite Lasagna”.

Service was inconsistent. We were seated promptly, bread was brought, but the waitress arrived for our meal order but had not asked about drinks. Drinks were ordered, one in our party asked for a refill when the meal was served, but the drink never came and the waitress did not check back after the meal was served. To her credit, the waitress did notice the mistake went the check came and comped the first drink ..a nice save! Overall, well prepared food, we look forward to returning.
