This is a small cafe on Main St with no real bar. We had the lobster club and the lazy man's lobster dinner. The club was plenty lobster meat on a toasted fresh wheat bread, with fresh tomato and apple smoked bacon in perfect proportion; for only $9, it was great! The lazyman's was fresh lobster, at least one whole one, in a casserole dish with butter. I expected the butter crumb topping, but it was not missed.
Service was very friendly and nice. We wanted to go back the next day, but didn't have enough time.

The lazy man is a nice platter of lobster without the need to crack them open. Everyone at our table was happy with the varied dishes. Nice atmosphere and friendly. Even has Mead and good local beer on tap.

We stopped here for a lunch while wandering around the shops in Rockland. The restaurant is small, with only about a dozen tables. As we didn't want to sit immediately at the door (there were a couple of open tables), we waited at the bar until a different table became available.

When we ordered, we were told the food would take about 25 minutes. Over a half an hour later, our food started to arrive. We ordered simple meals that take no more than a few minutes each to make (crab melt and a burger - both served with potato chips).

The food was okay, but nothing to justify waiting so long. They need to get organized - they had a great waitress, but the kitchen couldn't keep up with only a few tables at the peak of lunch.

We were looking for a lobster roll around 3:30 in the afternoon and lots of places aren't serving lunch then. We were steered here, and there was only one other table eating. The waitress is so sweet and nice, the clam chowder was a bit different and absolutely delicious. And the lobster rolls were just right. I don't know what night time is like but there's a great deal in the late afternoon, special prices that give you a lobster roll for only $8! Love the plain decor, it's refreshing. Will definitely go back.

This is a quiet little restaurant, but it is certainly NOT a tourist trap. Go here for a great meal at a great price. My husband and I each got a lobster with sweet corn and it was delicious.
