Just wanted a cup of soup for lunch. A neat place with fantastic food and super friendly staff. Clam chowder was perfect, not loaded with potatoes and heavy cream. Light, tasty, hint of smoked bacon. Great food on a cloudy day. Others had the squash soup with roasted pumpkin seeds. They had the largest ice cream inventory I have seen in awhile.

Stumbled in at lunch... Never been before and had little in terms of expectations, truthfully. Immediately warmly greeted by staff and specials were shared with us. Husband and I each ordered a cup of soup (he - tomato/basil and me - corn chowder) and a veggie quesadilla to share with a couple diet cokes. For a mere 17 dollars, we left STUFFED and very pleasantly content. Service and food were excellent. All fresh ingredients, homemade soups/food and piping hot. Delish ...totally exceeded our expectations. What a treat!!

Bearing in mind it's a tourist area, small town, it offers good sandwiches, calzones, with fresh greens, prices are very reasonable tool good for take outs also, one of the few places open on late Sundays

We ordered a small pizza and couple of salads to bring home to the cottage we were renting. It was basically a personal sized pizza and small side salads, and it cost almost $30. And the pizza wasn't even very good. There are other great restaurants in the area that are worth the money, try those instead.

Thorndike Creamery has a downtown location. The pizza is really good and you can purchase it by the slice or several different pizza pie sizes. My husband ordered a sandwich. The sandwich was really good and tasty, but the portion size was really weak. The place can get very busy and it's not the greatest place to dine in for comfort, but I would still highly recommend. Don't come without saving some room for some ice cream. The ice cream is so good and they have so many flavours to choose from. Well done. We'll be back.
