“Casual, hip, inexpensive”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 4, 2012

Large portions, inexpensive, young casual crowd. Bit of a disorganized wait (which didn't end up being as long as we had feared or that the couple before us had experienced.) Massive pancakes.

“Amazing paella, great staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 23, 2012

Ate here with my mom during our recent trip to Maine. We were drawn in by the very interesting looking menu and decided to give the place a try. Our server was terrific - we had questions about several of the items on the menu, with which she was very helpful, and she also gave us great information about the size of the different categories of items as well as suggestions with regard to putting together our meal. We ended up getting two items from the tapas portion of the menu and one main dish to share. For our main course we had the house paella, which was phenomenal. We would recommend this restaurant (and the paella) most highly!

“Excellent Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2012

Honestly on of the best restaurants I've ate at. Very friendly staff, very good food. At first I was a little disappointed because the menu selection was a little limited. I got the chicken thinking it was going to plain and nothing special. It was very good. My wife got the paella and it was one of the best we've ever had anywhere. Price is reasonable too. One word of caution, it can get a little hot if you sit at the food bar by the kitchen.

“Artfully creative wholesome food.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2012

Not sure why but we were expecting something like a grill with burgers, steaks, fish. We were pleased to see a menu of interesting dishes and appetizers working to incorporate local ingredients. We had a couple of specials and a items from the menu. Special green salad with local blueberries was positively delicious. Had a coho salmon special without"stew" which was cooked well and the stew as an interesting medley of vegetables served with an interesting cucumber salad. Also enjoyed vegetable dumplings with ride and an amazing sauce. Great selection of beer and wine. It was a bit more pricey than the burgers we were expecting, but well worth it. Wait staff were friendly, proficient' and positive. They also appeared to be a helping each other by busing dishes as they passed a table on their way back to the kitchen.

“Friendly service, great cocktails”

Had a delightful cocktail called Farmer's Daughter, and friends had some that were equally unique. Food was good too, and loved the outdoor seating.
