“Nice running path”
Reviewed September 26, 2012

Nothing much to see here, but a great path for jogging in the morning - that is, unless they are firing up the coal fired steam engine on the old narrow rail locomotive, in which case you'll be hacking the rest of your run from the smoke.

“Great greenway and totally free!”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

Nice to hang out with friends on any sunny afternoon. Boat launch, playground, baseball fields, and a small sand beach available. Nice walking and biking trails. Good view to the northeast Casco bay. Good for a picnic or just hanging out. Bring the dog and the blanket!

“Nice scenic walk.”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

This is a nice easy walk that starts near the cruise ship docks across from the Residence Inn, and continues along Casco Bay. Great way to work off some calories in a great city for food and drink

“Don't Miss It”
Reviewed September 18, 2012

Portland is a very friendly pedestrian/biking city, and this is the best in town. There are beautiful views along this fairly short trail with a bike trail, a walking path, and a scenic railroad ride. Not a challenging ride but very scenic, and it leads into the Back Cove trail another 3.5 miles around a picturesque bay.
